We are delighted you have chosen us as your shopping, dining and entertainment destination. To insure an enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests adhere to our Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct

Behavior that is not permitted on the property includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Smoking, use of e-cigarettes or any other products that produce a vapor inside the building.
  • Inappropriate or offensive attire. Facial coverings except for religious and medical reasons.
  • Offensive language such as obscene, racial, religious, gender or ethnic slurs, inappropriate hand gestures, including but not limited to gang signs or symbols, and loud or boisterous behavior.
  • Violence, threats of violence, fighting, physical abuse, or physically or verbally threatening any person, or hostility of any kind.
  • Littering, defacing, damaging, destroying, or removing any real or personal property.
  • Overnight parking, parking in non-designated areas, parking in fire lanes, or other restricted areas.
  • Running, use of bicycles, skating, skateboarding, rollerblading, hoverboards, Heelys, mini-scooters or similar items that obstruct or interfere with the flow of guest traffic.
  • Disturbing the peace including, but not limited to, unlawful or non-permitted assembling, demonstrating, parading, picketing, marching, soliciting and unauthorized events of any kind.
  • Unauthorized entry to restricted areas and loitering of any kind.

NOTE:

  • Service animals in the company of, and trained to assist disabled guests customers are permitted. Pet dogs are also permitted and must be confined within a pet carrier, stroller or leash. Not all stores allow pet dogs.
  • Guests must be fully clothed including shirts and shoes.
  • Filming and photography are encouraged for personal use, including for personal social media channels.
  • For professional/commercial filming, photography, recording or use of drones, please visit the Marketing Department within the Mall Management Office to inquire.
  • Please be advised that videos or other cameras may be recording your activity while on property.
  • Photography, video or images taken on property may be used for promotional purposes.

Based on the Code of Conduct, and in our sole judgment, we will ask anyone whom we believe is interfering with the enjoyment or safety of our guests, merchants or the shopping center, to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.
